Driven by a passion for personal and professional growth, I aspire to serve organizations and professionals aiming to adopt innovative and sustainable business management practices.
My lifelong interest in international migrations and cultural diversities led me to study Eastern languages and literatures and live in foreign countries such as the USA, Belgium, and China. Being immersed in these diverse contexts from a young age, I came to appreciate the values of hospitality and tolerance in social and professional environments.
My dedication to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and a responsible business vision, respecting the values of inclusion and diversity, is an integral part of my identity. Raised by entrepreneurs, my parents taught me that running a business is a significant responsibility as it involves shaping the future of individuals and their families. This manifested in actions that would now be labeled as "sustainable." From here, I developed an awareness that good sustainability practices can be built with the available means and tailored to specific needs.
With over fifteen years of managerial roles in multinational corporations in China and Switzerland, I have consistently prioritized resource management. My background in traditional sectors is my added value. This experience has fueled my commitment to contribute to impactful change. My journey continues with a dedication to guiding organizations and individuals in enhancing their value, free from biases and cultural legacies that hinder inclusion and the appreciation of diversity.
